I’ve got a new version of an existing software that I’m rolling out so we’re pushed back one week for this meeting. This is a good time to talk about project management. Waterfall;Agile;Scrum. Kanban and more. We’ll talk about project management techniques for getting your multiple projects out the door and with better results.
